Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Total Spread, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Total Spread. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (per game, per week, or monthly)
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Prices are displayed in USD and may change with 30 days' notice

Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
  • Access to premium content continues until the end of the paid period
  • Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion for technical issues or billing errors

Creator Terms

Revenue Share

  • Creators receive 85% of subscription revenue
  • Total Spread retains 15% to cover platform costs, payment processing, and support
  • Payouts are processed monthly via Stripe Connect
  • Creators must complete Stripe onboarding to receive payouts

Content Ownership and License

  • You retain ownership of all content you create and publish
  • You grant Total Spread a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content
  • You represent that you have the right to publish all content you submit
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your picks and analysis

Creator Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and honest information about your performance
  • Do not guarantee winnings or make misleading claims
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Respect intellectual property rights of others
  • Maintain professional conduct and communication with subscribers

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Use the platform for any illegal purpose
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Share false or misleading information
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content without permission
  • Use automated systems (bots) to access the platform
  • Manipulate or falsify performance data
  • Share subscription content with non-subscribers

Intellectual Property

Total Spread and its content (excluding user-generated content) are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding, logos, or proprietary content without written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

TOTAL SPREAD IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOTAL SPREAD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO TOTAL SPREAD IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Total Spread from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform immediately ceases.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Total Spread shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
